How do you redeem our Buy one, Get one FREE offers?

From time to time we offer Buy One Get One specials. If you receive an e-mail from us on a BOGO offer, click through the e-mail to get to our website or if you just happen to visit our website and see that we are running a BOGO offer these instructions may help you in redeeming the FREE item.


Click on the product required to be purchased first. Choose your size and color and add one item to your cart at a time. Then go to the product being offered as the FREE item. Choose the size and color and add it to your cart. The item will show in your cart as no charge. Then if you want to add more of the product required for purchase, go back to the item you want to pay for and add one of what you want and then go back to your FREE item and add another one to your cart. Again, that will show as Free.

Do we take phone orders
?

If you prefer, you can place your order over the phone by calling 1-800-575-3497 M-F (9am-5pm EST) closed weekends and holidays. To expedite your call, please be sure to write down the brand, style, color, size and desired quantity prior to calling.


Do we cancel orders
?

If you find any errors in your order confirmation email or need to cancel the order, follow the link provided in the email to re-access your order history. You will be able to cancel the order by clicking the "cancel" button at the bottom of the page. You must cancel your order by 2 a.m. the next business day. If the "cancel" button is unavailable, call a consumer care representative at 1-800-575-3497.


Do we require an Email address
?

An email address is required when you purchase online. We will need to send emails regarding your order confirmation and shipping information. We will not sell or use your email information. See our Privacy Policy for more details.


How do we ship orders?


When will your order ship?

We make every effort to ship in-stock orders within 2-3 business days (Monday – Friday).


Shipping Options:

We ship exclusively with United Parcel Service (UPS) and we offer economy, standard ground, two day and next day shipping options. We currently ship to the 50 United States, we do not offer international shipping options.

When can you expect to receive your order?


Economy:
Most orders shipping to destinations within the continental United States should receive their orders within 7-10 business days of shipment. (Limited tracking availability may apply).


Standard Ground:
Most orders shipping to destinations within the continental United States should receive their orders within 3 – 5 business days of shipment.


Two Day:
Delivery by the end of the second business day, some locations in Alaska and Hawaii require additional transit time.


Next Day:
Next business day delivery by 10:30 a.m., 12:00 noon, or end of day, depending on destination. Some locations in Alaska and Hawaii require additional transit time.


NOTE:  Street address required for Two Day and Next Day shipments.   We cannot ship to P.O. boxes for Two Day and Next Day orders.


Cut off times for two day and next day shipments?

Orders must be received by 2:00 pm EST. (11 am PT) to qualify for next day or two day shipping. Orders placed after 2:00 pm will be processed the following business day. We only process orders Monday – Friday, excluding federal and local holidays within the United States.


Do we ship to multiple addresses?

We do not ship part of your order to one address and the remainder of your order to another address.


Orders with a value of $100 or more
To ensure delivery, orders over $100 will require a signature at time of delivery.  Please ship all orders with a total value of $100 or more to an address where a delivery receipt can be signed. If no one is available to sign for the delivery, the order will be returned to No nonsense.

 

Do we charge sales tax?

Currently we collect state taxes for orders shipping to North Carolina and New York. The appropriate tax will be added to your total at check out.


Do we offer discounts and special pricing
?

Special pricing offers, whether received via e-mail or any of our site wide offers, cannot be applied to previous purchases or combined with other offers. Not valid for cash or cash equivalent. We reserve the right to cancel any promotion at any time.

 

What is our return policy?

No nonsense® is committed to giving you style made easy and outstanding quality. If you find that your No nonsense® product purchased from Nononsense.com has a defect in manufacturing or material within 90 days of purchase, we will accommodate an exchange or refund!


Items purchased from a Retail Store:
 
  
If you are not completely satisfied with a product purchased at a retail store, please return the product to the retailer where it was purchased.


Items purchased from Nononsense.com:
If you need to return an item purchased at Nononsense.com, please return the laundered product within 90 days
of purchase
along with the original Nononsense.com packing slip and an explanation for the return to the address below and we will gladly issue a refund for the price paid for the item.   If product is returned after 90 days of the purchase, we will refund the purchase price in the form of an online credit.  If you choose to use the pre-paid UPS shipping label supplied with your packing slip, we will deduct $7.00 from  your refund.  If the refund is less than $7.00 you authorize us to initiate the charge to your credit card.  For product exchanges you authorize us to initiate a $7.00 charge to your credit card.


In addition, please launder your product before returning. Wrap your package securely and allow 3-4 weeks for your transaction to be processed. Return postage cannot be reimbursed.
